Can you punch in stainless steel?

As stainless steel has slightly stiffer properties than mild steel, it places special demands on both tools and machines in terms of, for example, pressing force and the design of the tools. We can punch up to 2 mm thickness, then we laser cut out the details. It is not a problem for us to punch in thicker materials either as we have a unique opportunity in the form of three combi machines that are combined punching and laser machines, which gives very good opportunities for moldings, threads etc. in products, and also in thicker stainless steel.
