We have Acquired New Supplementary Measuring Equipment

Plåt & Mekano Romator has invested in new measuring equipment to enhance precision in our quality control. The new measurement arm, a Nikon MCAxS plus 2.5M, is equipped with both a tactile probe and a laser scanner, which measure with very high precision.

Products with form and position requirements are particularly well-suited for this, as the scanner's non-contact measurement, combined with advanced software, allows us to easily measure and deliver inspection reports based on those requirements.

With this new technology, we can also:

• Compare measurement results in real-time against the CAD model.
• Create a CAD model using reverse engineering techniques.
