Automatic deburring produces a rosy, smooth and fine texture, which can be used directly as is or for painting. It is a fast and cost-effective method, where we can deburr all kinds of thicknesses and materials.
AUTOMATIC DEBURRING
Automatic deburring can be done dry with brushes and is done in a so-called Fladder. Here, brushes of emery cloth circulate vertically and horizontally over the part, which is passed flat through the machine. The brushes can also remove sharp edges in holes.
The result is a rosy, smooth and fine texture, which can be used directly as is or for varnishing. Automatic deburring is a fast and cost-effective method, where we can deburr all kinds of thicknesses and materials; flat parts can be as small as 8 cm in length. Automatic deburring can also be used on galvanised sheets such as aluzinc without the rust protection being destroyed by the brushes.
