Powder coating

Powder coating is now a common method of industrial coating. The reason is that it will be nice, comprehensive, environmentally friendly, cheap, and fast. Most materials can be powder coated.

The details should be able to be hung on a rope. First clean the product. The powder is then applied with a syringe in a paint box, in which the details are transported. Finally, the details pass through an oven where the paint burns solid. Sometimes threads or certain areas may need to be masked, this must then be done by hand.
