• Quality – deliver the agreed quality and on the agreed time
• Environmental awareness – have an environmental policy and municipal authorizations for their activities, in terms of surface treatment and painting
• Competitiveness – the right price, even when the price is not agreed in advance
• Complaints handling – addressing deviations promptly and taking preventive measures
