Powder coating

Powder coating is now a common method of industrial painting. The reason is that it is attractive, opaque, environmentally friendly, cheap and quick. Most materials can be powder coated.

The details should be able to be hung on a rope. First, the product is cleaned. Then the powder is applied with a sprayer in a paint box, in which the parts are transported. Finally, the parts pass through an oven where the colour is baked on. Sometimes threads or certain areas may need to be masked, this has to be done by hand. We have good contacts with skilled painters, so we can often quickly help you with your requests.
