We have a very good capacity for laser punching, where two Apelio combination laser machines and an Amada combination laser LC 23012 C1 are in production around the clock. The laser machines are of the CO2 laser type, 2kW with integrated punching units in the same machine as the laser unit, which means that we get two machines in one.
- Save set-up time - For a part that includes mouldings, countersinks and threads, the Amada LC 2012 C1 provides time and cost-effective production.
- The machine can make engravings, punch markings, collars and dents, as well as punch smaller bends with tools directly in the machine.
- We can cut sheet steel 0.5 - 10 mm, stainless steel 0.5 - 5 mm and aluminium 0.5 - 5 mm.
- We can cut plates up to size 2500 x 1250 mm.
