When you order punching from Plåt & Mekano

Flexible production with fast lead times

In our workshop, we currently have eight machines that we can punch in which both conventional punching machines and combination lasers are included. We also have a wide range of punching tools and the opportunity to run our machines during the evening shift, which significantly shortens lead times.

Thanks to the huge machine capacity and automation we have, we can accompany you all the way from a prototype to larger production volumes. We can also handle many different material qualities and thicknesses. A few examples of materials and thicknesses are as follows:

• Ordinary steel: 0.5 - 10 mm.
• Stainless steel: 0.5 - 6 mm. 
• Aluminium: 0.5- 5 mm 

We can also punch:

• zinc-coated steel sheet
• brass
• copper
• polycarbonate.

We can also produce bridges, embossings, countersinks and threads directly on our punching machines.

The ordering process 

When you wish to place an order for sheet metal punching with us, you can send in a written order. What we need to have access to is a drawing, CAD file, or a PDF, which contains information about the material, tolerances, quality requirements, any surface treatment and other important information. We also help with production drawings if desired!
